Beidou sounding system uses Beidou satellite navigation and positioning function to perform high-precision detection of temperature, air pressure, humidity, wind direction and wind speed from ground to the height of 36km. It collects and processes meteorological data automatically and produces necessary meteorological messages and reports required by the customer.

Beidou Upper-Air Sounding System for High-Precision Atmospheric Observation
Beidou sounding system uses Beidou satellite navigation and positioning function to perform high-precision detection of temperature, air pressure, humidity, wind direction and wind speed from ground to the height of 36km. It collects and processes meteorological data automatically and produces necessary meteorological messages and reports required by the customer.
The system consists of Beidou sonde, ground receiving antenna, ground receiver, sonde ground test box and data terminal.
We have recently developed 8-channel Beidou sounding receiver which has the license issued by CMA.
