Wind Measuring Lidar

The Wind Measuring Lidar is a photoelectric instrument which uses Doppler effect of laser back scattering of aerosol particles drafting with wind to measure wind field distribution. Under servo control, the laser scans aerosol particles in atmosphere for three-dimensional wind field. The sequence of radial velocity in laser sight direction is identified via Doppler shift generated by aerosol movement. Using sequence,the wind field distribution can be obtained by retrieval. The range of measurement is up to 3km. The lidar is featured by good identifying ability, high accuracy, good interference resistance, small blind zone, quick reaction, simple installation and easy maintenance.
